  • Large Lettuce Leaf5 unit(s)
  • Large tomato concassé1 unit(s)
  • Boiled egg1 unit(s)
  • Roasted Red Bell Pepper Strips4 unit(s)
  • Sliced pitted black olives1 unit(s)
  • Boiled large potato cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Green beans, cut into pieces, cooked al dente2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the tomato into 4 parts, remove the seeds and set aside.
  2. Cut the boiled egg into 4 pieces and set aside.
  3. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and set aside.
  4. Mount the salad on a plate with all the ingredients as shown in the photo and finish with the parsley.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
