- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Rosemary1 tablespoon
- Avocado1 unit(s)
- Chicken fillet700 g
- Radish10 unit(s)
- Cooked white beans1 cup
- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- * Crush the garlic with salt and season the chicken.
- Grill the seasoned chicken and contain in thin ribbons.
- *Cut the avocado and onion into slices (blades)
- Cut the potato into cubes and the radishes into 4 parts
- In a baking dish, place the potatoes with the oil, salt and rosemary.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, and return to the oven for another 20 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the potatoes are tender and golden. Reserve.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced vegetables, roasted potatoes, and chicken.
