Sweet Potatoes with Peel2 unit(s)
Olive oil4 tablespoon
Salt1 to taste
Rosemary1 tablespoon
Avocado1 unit(s)
Chicken fillet700 g
Radish10 unit(s)
Cooked white beans1 cup
Red onion1/2 unit(s)
Garlic Clove1 unit(s)

* Crush the garlic with salt and season the chicken.
Grill the seasoned chicken and contain in thin ribbons.
*Cut the avocado and onion into slices (blades)
Cut the potato into cubes and the radishes into 4 parts
In a baking dish, place the potatoes with the oil, salt and rosemary.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for about 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, and return to the oven for another 20 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the potatoes are tender and golden. Reserve.
In a bowl, combine the sliced vegetables, roasted potatoes, and chicken.
