- Peel the carrots and potatoes. Cut them into cubes and put them to boil next to the peas.
- Peas take an average of 10 minutes to cook, potatoes 7 and carrots 5.
- Put two eggs to boil (about 9 minutes).
- Mix vegetables, eggs, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper.
- Now for the mayonnaise. Place the yolks of two eggs in a bowl. Start mixing with a mixer. Slowly pour in the oil. When the mixture is more like mayonnaise, add the lemon juice.
- Whisk a little more to achieve the desired mayonnaise consistency.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the vegetables and enjoy!
