- Easy Recipe is a refreshing salad. Slice the tomatoes (it can be carmen or Italian, but with carmen it's delicious) thicker and add to a platter, spread out.
- Make the olive tapenade, enough to cover the tomatoes. And then chop the capers and mix them with the olive tapenade. You can season it with a little black pepper (to taste).
- Add the olive tapenade with capers on top of the tomatoes.
