- 1 large tomato, sliced into 2cm thick slices1 unit(s)
- Pitted Black Olives8 unit(s)
- Fresh Basil Leaf to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Cut the olives into cubes, place in a container with the oil and some chopped basil leaves, mix and set aside.
- Place the tomato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with the Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve the tomatoes with the seasoned olives on top and some fresh basil leaves.
