- Seasonings to taste
- Cut the tomatoes into approximately 2-inch slices. Place on a baking sheet (without overlapping) and season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake (180°) for 15 minutes.
- Cut the hearts of palm in half (horizontal) and in half again (vertical). After 15 minutes, remove the tomatoes, turn all the slices and place the hearts of palm on top. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite fresh herbs. It goes great with basil and rosemary!
