  • Beetroot1 unit(s)
  • Ricotta Cream100 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Sicilian lemon zest to taste
  1. Wrap the beetroot in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
  2. Season the ricotta cream with lemon zest and salt. Make a bed on a plate with this cream.
  3. Place the chopped beetroot on top. Season with salt, pepper and drizzle with oil.
  4. Finish with basil leaves.
