grated carrot1/2 cup
Iceberg lettuce cut into strips1 cup
Natural unsweetened yogurt150 g
Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Sea Salt to taste
Squeezed Lime1 dessert spoon

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
