- Red cabbage70 g
- Carrot70 g
- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Mayonnaise200 ml
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Grate the cabbages and carrots and finely chop the red onion.
- Mix the salad with the lemon juice plus the mayonnaise (I used one with garlic and herbs) and season with salt and pepper. Use parsley to decorate. serve ice cream
