Beetroot1 unit(s)
cherry tomato to taste
Cucumber1 unit(s)
Sweet olive oil to taste
Salt to taste

Clean and Sanitize ingredients as usual
Peel the cucumber and beetroot. The carrot doesn't need to be peeled, it just scrapes the skin in places.
In a refractory, grate the carrot and beetroot. The tomato can be whole or cut in half and the cucumber in slices or as you prefer.
