Fatiar os legumes no mandolim, e depois montar alternando, na minha receita fiz camadas e no final com azeite , sal e pimenta preta, e parmesão ralado a gosto. Envolve com papel alumínio e leve ao fogo médio por 20 min


Slice the vegetables on the mandolin, and then assemble alternating, in my recipe I made layers and at the end with olive oil, salt and black pepper, and grated parmesan to taste. Wrap in aluminum foil and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
