- Radishes5 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese200 g
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon to taste
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Wash the lettuce well and distribute it well dry over the salad platter
- Cut the radish into slices and place on top of the lettuce.
- Cut the parmesan into cubes and distribute over the radish, if you want you can make a salami flower and add it in the center of the salad
- Mix the seasoning ingredients: salt, lemon, olive oil, honey, pepper and throw only when you are going to consume
