- Quinoa Mix180 g
- Water480 ml

- Olive oil and salt to taste
- shimeji First, clean the mushrooms with a clean, damp cloth. They should not be washed as they are like sponges and absorb water completely.
- In a pan, melt the butter, add the chopped shimeji and fry, always mixing for 2 minutes or until slightly wilted.
- Add the soy sauce and cook until the sauce has reduced well. Finish with chopped chives. Turn off the heat and serve
- Quinoa Wash the quinoa grains in water using a strainer. Wash the quinoa until the water runs clear and without foam. This step is very important to eliminate the bitter taste.
- In a pan put the oil, onion until translucent and then add the garlic. Add the washed quinoa and let it cook for a few minutes. Add the water and let it cook for 5 minutes without the lid and on fire.
- After 5 minutes, lower the heat and cover the pan. Let it cook for another 10 minutes or until the water evaporates. When the water has evaporated and the quinoa is cooked, turn off the heat. Leave in the pan covered for 5 minutes before serving. Is ready!
- Combine the two preparations and finish with chopped chives.
