- Chives to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cut the carrots into thin strips and then take it to the kitchen for 4 minutes.
- Then drain and place in a bowl, also place the onion already cut in strips or small pieces and season with oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
- Mix everything well, and to finish add chives to taste.
