- Salad Seasonings, Chives, Oregano.. to taste
- Cook the pumpkin, place it in the bowl and reserve some of the water (1 cup + or -). Make the seasoning: In a frying pan, heat the oil a little, add the onion in thin slices, salt, beaten garlic, pepper, add the reserved water and lemon, put it over the pumpkin. Add chives and parsley if you like (I didn't have it but I love it!) serve hot or cold
