  • Recipe
  • Shredded chicken breast1/2 kg
  • Chopped lettuce to taste or100 g
  • Chopped tomatoes to taste or2 unit(s)
  • Grated carrots to taste or100 g
  • Cooked chickpeas to taste or100 g
  • Optional raisins2 tablespoon
  • Optional chia seed2 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil50 ml
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
  • Herbs and spices of your choice (to taste)1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste (optional)1 to taste
  1. In a bowl add the olive oil, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, spices and herbs, chia seed, raisins. Mix very well and set aside.
  2. In a refractory/form/tray, add the shredded chicken, chickpeas, lettuce, tomato and grated carrot. Pour the sauce over the top and mix carefully until all the ingredients are incorporated. If desired, sprinkle chia seeds on top to decorate. Is ready!!! Serves 5 adults.
  3. You can consume it as a snack, dinner or complement to your lunch.
