  • Cooked White Quinoa1 cup
  • grated ginger1 tablespoon
  • Tomato cut into thin slices1 unit(s)
  • Black olives100 g
  • Chopped coriander to taste
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a salad bowl, place all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place in the fridge until serving time.
  3. A tip: Leave the chickpeas to soak overnight. Change the water and start cooking.
