Large Potato

Natural unsweetened yogurt

Boiled egg

Small garlic clove

Dijon mustard

Chopped Bacon

Chopped parsley and chives

Potato salad with yogurt and bacon

descasque e corte as batatas em cubos médios, cozinhe em uma panela com água e um pouco de sal, estarão cozidas quando conseguir espetar um garfo (cuide do ponto para ficarem cozidas mas firmes). Escorra e reserve as batatas para esfriar completamente. 

peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes, cook in a pan with water and a little salt, they will be cooked when you can stick a fork (take care of the point so that they are cooked but firm). Drain and reserve the potatoes to cool completely.

Doure bem o bacon em uma frigideira antiaderente, escorra a gordura e coloque num prato forrado com papel toalha.

Brown the bacon well in a non-stick frying pan, drain the fat and place on a plate lined with paper towels.

Corte os ovos cozidos em rodelas e reserve.

Cut the boiled eggs into slices and set aside.

Descasque o alho e esmague bem até virar uma pasta.

Peel the garlic and crush it well until it turns into a paste.

Em um recipiente misture o iogurte, a pasta de alho, a mostarda, a salsinha e a cebolinha, a pimenta e o sal. 

In a container mix the yogurt, the garlic paste, the mustard, the parsley and the chives, the pepper and the salt.

Junte essa mistura as batata e mexa delicadamente para incorporar.

Add this mixture to the potatoes and stir gently to incorporate.

Coloque a salada de batatas no recipiente que  irá servir, polvilhe o bacon crocante e decore com as rodelas de ovos.

Put the potato salad in the container that will serve, sprinkle the crispy bacon and decorate with the egg slices.
