Potato salad with pesto

Corte as batatas em cubinhos e leve para cozinhar até que fiquem cozidas (Espete com um garfo, se ele entrar com facilidade, a batata está cozida. Não deixe cozinhar por muito tempo para não virar um purê)

Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook until they are cooked (Prick with a fork, if it goes in easily, the potato is cooked.

Leve os ovos de codorna para cozinhar por cerca de 15 minutos. 

Bring the quail eggs to cook for about 15 minutes.

Para o pesto, no mixer ou liquidificador, adicione o coentro higienizado, o azeite, sal e o alho e bata muito bem. 

For the pesto, in the mixer or blender, add the sanitized coriander, the olive oil, salt and the garlic and beat very well.

Em um refratário, adicione as batatas, os tomates e coloque o pesto, mexa bem. Por último, acrescente os ovos de codorna. 

In a refractory, add the potatoes, tomatoes and put the pesto, stir well. Finally, add the quail eggs.

Prove o sal e ajuste os temperos que preferir. 

Taste for salt and adjust seasonings to your liking.
