- Sour cream5 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes and eggs in separate pans until both are cooked. In the blender, beat a little oil and the yolk of the 4 previously cooked. Beat and add the oil little by little until it forms a paste. Add the cream, garlic and salt. Beat well until everything is mixed and mix in the potato already in a refractory. Chop the egg white, chives and parsley and mix into the salad. Leave it for 1 hour in the fridge and it's ready.
