Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
Sliced and Boiled Potatoes4 unit(s)
Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
Black pepper, oregano1 to taste

I put the eggs to cook. I left it for about 5 minutes and then I removed the eggshell. And I booked
I cut the potatoes and put them to cook too. As soon as they are soft and just let the water run off.
Then add the potato and eggs. I put black pepper, salt and chopped parsley. I also added the mayonnaise and mix well.
Then just serve and it's ready quick and easy.
