- Potato to taste
- Bacon to taste
- Onion to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings of your choice to taste
- The amount of ingredients, you choose, I always do it by eye even without an exact amount.
- Cook the potatoes, (I already cook cut up to make it easier).
- While cooking the potatoes, cut the bacon as you wish (I cut it into cubes), and take it to fry.
- In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. Reserve some of the parsley and bacon to decorate the salad.
- Take the fridge if you want, because cold is tastier.
- Garnish with parsley and bacon and enjoy without moderation.
