Potato Salad with Bacon

Corte as batatas em cubinhoos e leve para cozinhar com um pouquinho de sal. Coloque os 4 ovos para cozinhar em uma panela separada. 
Espete o garfo na batata para saber o ponto dela. Ela precisa estar do aldente para macia.
Após isso escorra as batatas e deixe esfriar. 
Corte o bacon em cubinhos pequenos e frite em uma frigideira, não precisa adicionar óleo.
Descasque os ovos e corte em cubos e reserve.
Em um refratário de vidro junte as batatas cozinhas, o ovo, o bacon, as azeitonas, mostarda, alho, sal, orégano, salsinha e cebolinha e a maionese.
Misture tudo muito bem e ajeite bem no refratário e decore com salsinha.
