- Salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker add the potatoes, eggs and carrots and cook over high heat for 35-40 minutes
- After cooking, remove the skins from the vegetables and cut them into squares.
- In a bowl add the chopped ingredients, salt to taste and mayonnaise
- Mix well and refrigerate
