- Mayonnaise5 tablespoon
- Cut the potato into squares and set aside. In the meantime, you can leave a pot of boiling water to go ahead. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, leek and salt to taste. After cooking the potato to a point where it is not so soft (Approx. 7 min), drain the water and mix with the mayonnaise and seasonings. Freeze it for a few minutes. After that she will be ready!
