Preparo:
Com as batatas já cozidas e fria, misture os demais ingredientes cuidadosamente. Finalize com cebolinha. Sirva bem gelada.

🟡 O creme de ricota, o creme de leite ou o requeijão deixa mais leve, mas se você preferir pode usar apenas a maionese.

Preparation:
With the potatoes already cooked and cold, mix the other ingredients carefully. Finish with chives. Serve very cold.

🟡 Ricotta cream, milk cream or cottage cheese makes it lighter, but if you prefer you can just use mayonnaise.

Se a batata for média (tipo um pouco maior que um kiwi) eu costumo contar 1 e 1/2 para cada pessoa, mas essa conta é para sobrar, se tiver mais acompanhamentos pode considerar 1 batata.


If the potato is medium (like a little bigger than a kiwi) I usually count 1 and 1/2 for each person, but this count is for leftovers, if you have more side dishes you can consider 1 potato.
