- Diced Potato900 g
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Cubed Bacon100 g
- Mayonnaise5 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil to taste
- Parsley and chives1 dessert spoon
- In a pan, add the diced potatoes, add water, salt and cook.
- Remove the potatoes, put them in a bowl and add the eggs to the same potato water and cook.
- In another pan, fry the bacon and set aside
- In a container, add the potatoes, the chopped eggs, the mayonnaise, the mustard, the lemon pepper, the fried bacon, the parsley, the chives and mix all the ingredients well
- Take the fridge for 1 hour and serve!
