large diced potatoes4 unit(s)
chopped onion1 unit(s)
mustard1 tablespoon
mayonnaise1 cup
lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
olive oil to taste
salt to taste
green smell to taste
diced bacon50 g

Put the potatoes in a pan, cover with water and cook for 12 min. Drain the water and wait for it to cool.
Combine all the ingredients with the potato, stirring gently.
Fry the bacon cubes in a skillet and place over the salad to decorate.
Serve next. BBQ accompaniment.
