- Oregano, black pepper and salt1 to taste
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- I started by peeling the potatoes and cutting them not too small. Place in a pot to cook with water until they are soft.
- I don't like it too soft so I left it for 10 minutes and turned it off. I took the water and let them drain
- I boiled 3 eggs for about 5 minutes. I took the skin off and cut it into slices. I added the potatoes, oregano and salt and mixed. I also added the vinegar and oil and mixed some more.
- On top I put the boiled egg cut into slices and serve is delicious.
