- Peel the potato, cut into medium sizes and bring to a boil.
- Slice the cabbage into small strips.
- In a bowl add the boiled potato, sliced cabbage, seasonings (I used salt, oil and a little vinegar), mayonnaise, corn, fresh coriander and mix.
