Cooked lentils1 cup
Pomegranate Seed1 cup
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Balsamic vinegar or squeezed lemon to taste
Cucumber cut into small cubes1 unit(s)

In a large platter, start by adding the already sanitized and dried arugula leaves
Place the parsley in the corner of the dish
On top of the arugula, add the cooked lentils, chopped red onion and cucumber cubes.
Finally add the pomegranate seeds that will give it a special touch.
Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar or as you prefer 😉
Serve then 😋 great dinner option 😉
