- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Chopped red pepper1 tablespoon
- Chopped Yellow Pepper1 tablespoon
- Chopped green pepper1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Bacon50 g
- Lettuce to taste
- I cooked the pine nut under pressure for 40 minutes, drained all the water, peeled all the pine nut and set it aside.
- In a frying pan, I sautéed the garlic in the oil, added the onion and peppers and all the seasonings. In another pan I fried the bacon in its own fat, discarded the bacon oil and dried it with a paper towel. I added the fried bacon to the sautéed seasonings, added the cooked pine nuts, turned off the heat and finished with the green smell. I served the salad with lettuce leaves, sliced boiled eggs, tomato and sliced peppers.
