- Vinegar2 cup
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Salt11/2 tablespoon
- Cook the vegetables until al dente and set aside.
- Add in a pan: water, vinegar, sugar and salt and boil for 5 minutes over high heat.
- Place the vegetables in a properly sterilized glass jar and complete with the brine (step 2). After finished, keep the preserve in the fridge for better durability.
