  • Garlic cloves5 unit(s)
  • Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green parsley to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Tip: to remove the antinutrients, soak the lentils in water overnight. In addition to helping with digestion, it cooks super fast. Discard the water and start the preparation.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add bell pepper, lentils, salt and stir. Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes, no need to add water.
  4. Add the butter and green smell, stir and it's ready! *If you don't soak the lentils, it takes about 15 minutes to cook.
