- Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Tip: to remove the antinutrients, soak the lentils in water overnight. In addition to helping with digestion, it cooks super fast. Discard the water and start the preparation.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil.
- Add bell pepper, lentils, salt and stir. Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes, no need to add water.
- Add the butter and green smell, stir and it's ready! *If you don't soak the lentils, it takes about 15 minutes to cook.
