Em uma tigela coloque 👉a farinha de trigo 👉a manteiga e o sal 👉 misture (tipo apertando ) com as pontas dos dedos 👉até formar uma farofinha 👉 coloque o guaraná aos poucos 👉mistura novamente com as pontas dos dedos 👉 até ficar uma massa homogênea 👉 cubra a massa com plástico filme 👉leve a massa para descansar na geladeira por cerca de 40min 👉coloque uma folha de plástico sobre uma bancada 👉polvilhe um pouquinho de farinha de trigo sobre ela 👉Coloque a massa de pastel 👉cubra com a outra parte da folha de plástico 👉abra a massa com auxílio de um bastão (ou um rolo)👉 até ficar numa espessura de 5mm 👉 corte em disco 👉coloque o recheio em cada disco 👉feche pressionando as beiradas com os dedos 👉 coloque em uma assadeira ( não precisa untar)👉 pincele com gema de ovo 👉 leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180•c por cerca de 20 min ou até dourar.

Filling (to taste)

In a bowl put 👉 the wheat flour 👉 the butter and salt 👉 mix (squeezing) with your fingertips 👉 until it forms a crumb 👉 put the guarana little by little 👉 mix again with your fingertips 👉 until you get a dough homogeneous 👉 cover the dough with plastic film 👉 take the dough to rest in the fridge for about 40 min 👉 put a sheet of plastic on a bench 👉 sprinkle a little wheat flour on it 👉 Put the pastel dough 👉 cover with the other part of the plastic sheet 👉 roll out the dough with the help of a stick (or a rolling pin) 👉 until it is 5mm thick 👉 cut into a disc 👉 put the filling on each disc 👉 close by pressing the edges with your fingers 👉 place on a baking sheet (no need to grease) 👉 brush with egg yolk 👉 bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for about 20 min or until golden.
