- Wheat flour500 g
- Butter250 g
- Salt to taste
- Guarana125 ml
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Filling (to taste) In a bowl put 👉 the wheat flour 👉 the butter and salt 👉 mix (squeezing) with your fingertips 👉 until it forms a crumb 👉 put the guarana little by little 👉 mix again with your fingertips 👉 until you get a dough homogeneous 👉 cover the dough with plastic film 👉 take the dough to rest in the fridge for about 40 min 👉 put a sheet of plastic on a bench 👉 sprinkle a little wheat flour on it 👉 Put the pastel dough 👉 cover with the other part of the plastic sheet 👉 roll out the dough with the help of a stick (or a rolling pin) 👉 until it is 5mm thick 👉 cut into a disc 👉 put the filling on each disc 👉 close by pressing the edges with your fingers 👉 place on a baking sheet (no need to grease) 👉 brush with egg yolk 👉 bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for about 20 min or until golden.
