- Recipe
- Screw Noodles1/2 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Olive to taste
- Corn to taste
- Raisins to taste
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Ham to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Cook the pasta until it runs al dente
- In a refractory add the noodles, carrots, corn, raisins
- In a bowl mix the cream and cream cheese, chimichurri and black pepper
- Add this mixture over the pasta and mix
- (optional) Finish with grated parmesan cheese and oregano
