- Macaroni of your choice cooked2 cup
- Boiled egg2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise6 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Parsley1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- In a bowl, mash the eggs well with a fork.
- Add the other ingredients except the pasta and mix until smooth.
- Add the macaroni and incorporate it into the egg paste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
