- Recipe
- Hard grain penne pasta500 g
- Cherry tomato200 g
- Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
- Cook the butter beans with salt and set aside (50 minutes in a regular pot)
- Cook the pasta until al dente and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cooked butter beans and extra virgin olive oil.
- Season with salt and oregano to taste
- Take it to the fridge for like 40 minutes and that's it!
