  • Moroccan Couscous1 cup
  • Dark raisin100 g
  • Apricot100 g
  • Brazil Nuts100 g
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Soak the raisins to hydrate and swell. Reserve.
  2. Cover the couscous with 2 cups of hot water and leave for 10 minutes to hydrate. Reserve.
  3. Cut the apricot into small pieces and crush the Brazil nut.
  4. Add the couscous and the olive oil, mix to leave it very loose and let it cool.
  5. Add the other ingredients and place in the fridge. Preferably consume chilled.
