- Mustard2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Wash the bunch of parsley and separate the stalks from the leaves
- Cut the onion into half moons and soak for 5 minutes.
- Make the sauce by mixing the mustard, lemon, olive oil, salt, black pepper and soy sauce.
- Cut the parsley stalks finely and set aside.
- Coarsely chop the parsley
- Add the soaked onion
- Finish with the chestnut of your choice.
