- arugula100 g
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Figs in natura to taste
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Lemon to taste
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Parma ham100 g
- cherry tomato50 g
- Place the washed and sanitized arugula on a plate.
- Take the fig to toast in the frying pan with a drizzle of honey
- In another skillet spread the grated parmesan on the fire and wait until it forms a disk then just break it into pieces
- For the sauce, mix the mustard, honey, lemon and salt and pepper, pour over the arugula and mix well.
- Finish with Parma ham, figs toasted in honey, cherry tomatoes and parmesan shavings
