  • Red wine vinegar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread to taste
  1. Cut the bread - ideally a loaf of bread makes it easy to cut, into small cubes.
  2. After preheating an oven, grease the pan with olive oil and place the bread cubes on the pan and bake at 250 degrees for about 3 minutes - turn the cubes halfway through so they don't burn the sides.

  6. In a large enough salad bowl, add the onion, tomato, bread, cucumber and season with salt, oil and vinegar to taste - remembering that the taste of the recipe is slightly acidic.
  7. Add the capers and basil to the ingredients.
  8. Mix well and it's ready. = )
