  • Slice of homemade bread2 unit(s)
  • Cherry tomatoes cut in half12 unit(s)
  • Onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
  • Ricotta cut into medium cubes3/4 cup
  • Dried Oregano1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
  1. Cut the slice of bread into medium cubes, place on a baking sheet, season with salt and oil and place in a preheated oven at 250ÂșC to bake until very crispy (stir a few times). Reserve.
  2. Assemble the salad by mixing the tomato, onion, ricotta and basil.
  3. Season with salt, oregano and olive oil. Place the seasoned salad on a plate, add the toasted bread cubes on top and serve immediately.
