Slice of homemade bread2 unit(s)
Cherry tomatoes cut in half12 unit(s)
Onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
Ricotta cut into medium cubes3/4 cup
Dried Oregano1 dessert spoon
Olive oil to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Basil Leaves to taste

Cut the slice of bread into medium cubes, place on a baking sheet, season with salt and oil and place in a preheated oven at 250ºC to bake until very crispy (stir a few times). Reserve.
Assemble the salad by mixing the tomato, onion, ricotta and basil.
Season with salt, oregano and olive oil. Place the seasoned salad on a plate, add the toasted bread cubes on top and serve immediately.
