  • Thinly sliced red onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Sliced Japanese Cucumber1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Black Olives1/3 cup
  • Salt, pepper and basil leaves to taste
  • Wine Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Stale bread4 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. Remove the crust from the buns and brown the slices of bread in a frying pan with olive oil and the lightly crushed garlic cloves.
  2. Cut the slices of bread into cubes and add to the other ingredients. Finish with a sliver of Parmesan cheese.
