- wheat flour1 kg
- warm water2 cup
- Sugar1 dessert spoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Dry chemical yeast2 tablespoon
- Soybean oil4 tablespoon
- Cachaça4 tablespoon
- Olive oil50 ml
- Put half of the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
- Add the other ingredients to the water and stir until dissolved.
- Add the water to the flour and mix very well, adding more flour until the dough starts to loosen from your hand.
- Roll the dough into balls and let it rise for at least 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
- Roll out the dough in circles. Put a drizzle of oil in the skillet and fry one side of the dough over low heat.
- Turn the raw part to the skillet, add tomato sauce and the stuffing of your choice. Cover and let it fry.
- Sprinkle oregano. Enjoy your food.
