- Grate the carrots and beets in coarse grater.
- we are going to assemble, choose a large, shallow plate. start by placing the lettuce leaves torn by hand, on the other side the cooked cauliflower, next to the carrot, then cooked beetroot and onion cut into thin slices and finish with cherry tomato. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt if necessary.
