- Arugula to taste
- Lettuce to taste
- Cherry tomato to taste
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Peel and cut the mango into slices. Cut the onion in half and also cut into thin slices
- On a platter mount the salad placing the arugula around and the lettuce leaves in the middle.
- Add the mango and onion slices. Cut the tomato in half.
- To finish grate some cheese and put a drizzle of olive oil on top.
- Then just move to a very nice dish and enjoy. Do it and tag me!
