- Garlic Honey3 tablespoon
- Olive oil50 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a pot, add the mustards, honey, adjust salt and pepper and gradually add the oil and emulsify (by stirring vigorously) with a whisk.
- Prepare a mix of green leaves and serve the sauce on top. It looks amazing!
