  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • cherry tomato1 cup
  • Olives2 tablespoon
  • Raisins2 tablespoon
  • Basil to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Hydrate the Moroccan Couscous with 1/2 cup of hot water and set aside.
  2. Finely chop all the ingredients. In a skillet, sauté the garlic and onion in a little oil, add the carrot and cover for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sautéed and the other ingredients to the hydrated Couscous, season with salt and pepper and finish with more olive oil and basil to taste.
