- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- cherry tomato1 cup
- Olives2 tablespoon
- Raisins2 tablespoon
- Basil to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Hydrate the Moroccan Couscous with 1/2 cup of hot water and set aside.
- Finely chop all the ingredients. In a skillet, sauté the garlic and onion in a little oil, add the carrot and cover for 2 minutes.
- Add the sautéed and the other ingredients to the hydrated Couscous, season with salt and pepper and finish with more olive oil and basil to taste.
